Boston's Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar
Boston's had been a long-time client for Luxus when they asked us to refresh their brand. In close collaboration with the VP of Marketing and his team, I managed the team that created and brought to life a new phase in the brand's history. As both client manager and project manager, I led my team through all phases of the brand re-design.
Market research and analysis helped us identify their target demographic and revise the brand’s positioning, tone-of-voice, and look and feel. We began with the renewal of all Boston's digital platforms, starting from a new, mobile-driven bostons.com. This included refreshed social channels, a new content strategy, and targeted display. Marketing activities on the traditional channels were also refreshed with brand-consistent POS materials, as well as print, video, and radio advertisements.
My favorite part of this project was the openness of the client to new and fun ways to use copy in our tone-of-voice. The fun causal way of highlighting products mirrored the new brand perfectly.
